Meet Our Therapists

Moana Fullmer
LAMFT, Level One IFS trained

The decision to seek therapy can be a daunting one, especially when faced with obstacles that make it even more difficult. However, I want to commend you for taking that first step towards healing and recovery. Your bravery and determination are truly admirable.

When we step into the therapy room together, I will approach our work as a collaboration. Recognizing that you are the ultimate expert in your own life, I am here to assist you in uncovering your strengths. My role as your therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can work through any pain, loss, trauma, or other struggles you may be experiencing, empowering you to take control of your healing journey.

With my systemic training as a therapist, which focuses on understanding how individuals are influenced by their relationships and social systems, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I find that working with various family constellations can be incredibly beneficial in the healing process, leading to greater success and progress. I utilize my level 1 IFS (internal family systems) and ART (accelerated restoration therapy) modalities to work with people who have experienced complex and acute trauma.

Being an interracial person myself, I am particularly aware of the unique challenges that marginalized individuals and families can face. As a result, I am particularly interested in working with minoritized people dealing with personal and relational issues.

Outside of my work as a therapist, my passions include reading books, particularly those written by Brandon Sanderson, watching documentaries, and cooking. Additionally, I love collecting tea sets, creating junk journals, spending quality time with my husband and children, traveling, camping, and watching movies.

My Specialties:  PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, and Individual and Couple’s work. I also work with clients who are experiencing challenges from being marginalized, such as those belonging to the LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or racial minority communities
